Zusammenfassung
Es wird über eine ca. 60jährige Patientin mit hinterer Uveitis beidseits berichtet.
Parallel zur Uveitis traten rötliche, kleinknotige und erhabene Hautveränderungen
auf, die zweimal biopsiert wurden. Beide Male konnten histologisch epitheloidzellige
Granulome ohne Verkäsung nachgewiesen werden. Somit konnte die Verdachtsdiagnose eines
Angiolupoids Brocq-Pautrier, einer Sonderform des Haut-Boecks, histologisch untermauert
werden. Bis anhin sind keine Lungenveränderungen aufgetreten.
Summary
The case of a 60-year-old female patient with bilateral posterior uveitis is reported.
Simultaneously with the development of signs of uveitis, small, nodular, circumscribed
skin lesions, pinkish in color, appeared close to the lower lid. Two biopsies were
performed. In both cases histopathological examination revealed noncaseating granulomas
with epitheloid cells. This finding supports the diagnosis of Brocq-Pautrier angiolupoid,
a specific form of sarcoidosis of the skin. So far, no pulmonary involvement has been
reported.
